The law of attraction is a force that is always working, whether you believe it or not. The premise of this idea is that anything you think of enough or believe strong enough will be ‘attracted’ into your reality. It can sound a little bit ‘woo-woo’ at first, but once you have a play with it and see a bit of evidence for it, you’ll be intrigued and will want to use the law to benefit you even more. It’s great fun once you realise you can create or experience anything. A quick YouTube search will give you a list of celebrities & other interesting characters who strongly believe in the law of attraction & it’s power. From Oprah, to Conor McGregor and even the likes of Jay Z who claim to have all benefitted from using this powerful law.
From researching and experimenting, here are my 5 of the best tips for getting the most out of the law of attraction.
Focus on ‘feelings’
At all times, you will be giving out either good or bad feelings (vibrations), and these are going to determine what kinds of experiences are brought back to you, so make feeling good a priority & always expect things to go well and good things to happen to you, because if you think these kinds of thoughts enough, these things will be exactly what happens to you. Think, speak & feel positive and you really can’t go wrong. You can always change the way think & feel about something. It’s easy to be negative and see the bad in everything but it sometimes takes a bit more willpower to focus on good…but it’s worth it.
Don’t focus on ‘What is”
As already mentioned, whatever you think about consistently is what is going to be brought back into your reality so if you only focus on the annoying, unwanted and stressful things, then you are going to bring more of these experiences into your life, so although it’s easy to get caught up focusing on it, we need to train ourselves to think of all the things we want to create, do, try and experience…and if we do this consistently, we will bring in new, more enjoyable circumstances into our life. So next time you find yourself moaning or being negative about something, remind yourself that you’re only going to attract more of these experiences unless you choose to go with a more positive thought process.
Focus on “What you want”
So the last hack was to not focus on “what is” …so what is the opposite of this? To focus on what you want. This one goes back to the old saying of “If you don’t know where you’re going, how will you get there?”. Focus on the thing(s) you want and get yourself into a state where you feel positively whenever you think of it & you are going to massively increase your chances of making it a reality. Focus on where you want to go, not where you’ve been or else you’ll only end up there again. We can spend as much time as we like being negative etc but this is time we could have easily spent on deliberately creating the things that we want. Spend your time, effort and resources on creating your dreams and goals…not moaning about how unfair life is.
Get rid of any doubt
Doubt, or expecting yourself to fail is one of the biggest things that blocks people from benefitting from the law of attraction because not only does it mean we are focusing on the wrong things…we are not using our time, effort and resources to make POSITIVE effects in our life. Expect good things, KNOW that they are on the way to you, really feel the certainty because this is going to fill you with the motivation to get things done. If you feel like you have a lot of doubt surrounding one of your desires, you should make a list of reasons of why you are doubting and then once you have a list, you should come up with powerful reasons how you are going to overcome it. Seriously, this exercise works so well, but only if you do it. You can search for life’s answers for as long as you like, but until you take action, nothing will change. (I used to read lots of things about the law of attraction, but never actually took action and it was only once I started to implement some action as well as the belief, did magical things start to happen).
Our words are so much more powerful than we even realise, without realising we are going around placing curses on ourselves which prevents us from having good experiences as often as we would like. As already mentioned, we should think, speak and feel positive, which includes the words we use…but the main words to avoid EVER using are words such as should, can’t, won’t etc because they have a negative connotation to them which takes away any of your personal power. Instead of “I should” ….Do it. Instead of “I can’t” …say “I will”. Theres always a way to flip whatever your saying into an empowering phrase, and when you use empowering phrases…you begin to have more empowering experiences drawn to you. You words can cast a magical spell over your life but also destroy it like black magic so use you words wisely.
So there are my 5 Law Of Attr-hack-tions (see what I did there?) and I hope you will use them in your own life and start to see some benefits from them, because I’m seeing more and more amazing things happen as I use these concepts more and more. The law of attraction is going to be working regardless so it’s up to us to find ways of living that benefit from this powerful law rather than letting it ruin our lives.
